Of Princess Inga the Unfettered we are most fond

Praise Inga! For her well-timed words were instrumental to the overall health of Domesday Boke project.

When it comes to the production of the Domesday Boke, the important timespan starts the first day final paper is available and ends at the deadline for page completion. The initial schedule looked something like this:

  • Paper available: January 8
  • Final deadline:  March 15
  • Number of days per page for a Barony, if done consecutively: 4
4 days! Just for kicks, ask your local scribe to do an original scroll in four days while they're drinking milk.

I don't know in whose direction Princess Inga batted her long princessly eyelashes, but praise her for doing it! A new deadline was announced, one that extended the number of days per page to 7 (and eventually extended to an even-more-generous 8!). Hurray!

And so, Inga is has our thanks! You go, princess!
